FTA Esports Team is looking to expand into Valorant, FTA was founded by Oscar Chatwin in 2018 and is a small aspiring Esports team Based in the UK accepting players from most games from all over the globe, we have come a long way since the beginning and hope to continue in that direction.

 

Role we want

FTA is looking for a Valorant Team Manager to join the organisation and build a roster of high potential players. The aim for the team will be to enter and compete in the recently announced Valorant Champions Tour's  and Join other minor tournaments for experience.

 

Responsibilities;

• Create a 5-Man Roster that can compete competitively against mid to top tier teams.
• Create and manage a schedule for the team and ensure players know their roles.
• Produce frequent reports to the FTA management (Oscar Chatwin CEO) with updates and any problems that need solving.
• Schedule scrims with the players and other teams and compete in tournaments for experience

 

Requirements-

• 16+
• EU
• Have previous managerial experience (Preferred).
• Be formal, transparent and respectful.
• Have a passion for esports.
• Know the current Valorant pro scene and keep up to date with news.
